Doing an apprenticeship at TSR is an excellent way to prepare for your future career. You start from scratch and get to know all about our day-to-day business. Moreover, you are given support by the experienced employees you work with as well as by your apprenticeship coordinator who all give you regular feedback about your work. You can choose from a whole variety of different ways to carve out a career for yourself at our company – such as commercial and industrial apprenticeships or apprenticeships that also involve you studying at university for a BA degree. No matter which path you decide to go down, you will always be part of a strong team, working together to master the future challenges of recycling raw materials.

TSR’s apprenticeship film
There are many different ways for school leavers to find out about our company and the apprenticeship courses we offer. We visit their schools, for example, and take part in job fairs. You can find us at these upcoming events:
There are, of course, a whole variety of tasks that need to be done at a company such as ours and each apprenticeship course has its own challenges. Having said that, however, everyone at TSR comes to work each morning with one overriding goal in mind: to ensure valuable raw materials can be recovered so that they can be re-used.
The qualities that we look for in our future apprentices are dedication, reliability and honesty and, of course, they need to be able to work in a team. No matter which course you choose: you have to be a hands-on person. Why? Because TSR offers its young employees jobs full of variety, dynamism and action. Please note that applications should only be sent online via our careers portal. Every job advert has a link directing you to this site. We want our application process to be both fair and transparent and always get back to you as soon as we can.
