When we talk about Powerpoint, it’s in every sense of the word
Knowing the basics is essential – no matter how high up the career ladder you wish to climb. Which is why our commercial employees not only see our scrap metal in tables, graphs and statistics but live in action at our recycling plants as well. For example, our high performance 6,000-horsepower shredder.
  • Great prospects for young people

    • Doing an apprenticeship at TSR is an excellent way to prepare for your future career. You start from scratch and get to know all about our day-to-day business. Moreover, you are given support by the experienced employees you work with as well as by your apprenticeship coordinator who all give you regular feedback about your work. You can choose from a whole variety of different ways to carve out a career for yourself at our company – such as commercial and industrial apprenticeships or apprenticeships that also involve you studying at university for a BA degree. No matter which path you decide to go down, you will always be part of a strong team, working together to master the future challenges of recycling raw materials.

There are many different ways for school leavers to find out about our company and the apprenticeship courses we offer. We visit their schools, for example, and take part in job fairs. You can find us at these upcoming events:

  • Scrap metal recycling – what does this actually involve?

There are, of course, a whole variety of tasks that need to be done at a company such as ours and each apprenticeship course has its own challenges. Having said that, however, everyone at TSR comes to work each morning with one overriding goal in mind: to ensure valuable raw materials can be recovered so that they can be re-used.
