We draw up bespoke induction programmes for our new employees to give them structured support and make their first few months at the company as easy as possible. It provides a detailed description of their concrete tasks and covers each step that must be taken so that, at the end, they are able to carry out all of their tasks by themselves. This programme also includes learning about health and safety regulations as well as visiting one of our metal recycling plants. By doing so, they get to know their full range of tasks, are integrated into the team and develop strong ties to our company.
Our managers hold regular meetings with their staff. A meeting is held at least once a year in which both can give their feedback and mutually agree on any further development measures that may be necessary.
Our targeted personnel development programmes offer a wide variety of opportunities for you to further develop your professional, communication and soft skills as well as to learn new methods and techniques. Our training courses have been deliberately designed to meet the needs of specific target groups such as industrial and commercial employees, management trainees and managers. Others are more general, teaching skills in a number of areas including time and self-management, presentation and discussion techniques or telephoning with customers. As a result, you are given the best possible chance to enhance your skills and make the most of your potential. And, as an added extra, you meet new colleagues from the TSR Group, learn about their tasks and expand your in-house network of contacts.
With our policy being to source future managers from our own workforce whenever possible, we place great importance on ensuring that both our young staff and managers are given the opportunity to take part in further development courses and gain further qualifications. Bespoke development programmes are drawn up that involve measures such as seminars, coaching and workshops to nurture their potential and reach mutual goals.
