A few facts about our product portfolio
Two things that are true for all our recycled raw materials are that they are made from post-consumer material and that they meet the highest quality criteria. Depending on our customers’ needs, both our TSR130 and TSR136 lines can be used to produce aluminium sheets, castings and profiles. The proportion of accompanying elements can be defined to meet individual customer requirements.
Material requirements are, traditionally, the most stringent when aluminium profiles need to be produced. This means that the raw material may contain only the smallest amounts of critical elements (such as zinc and magnesium).
Material requirements are also growing for castings. We are, therefore, continuously developing our products in this area as well. It is our goal to supply recycled raw materials that are of a completely new quality.
TSR130 and TSR136 stand out thanks to their extremely high levels of purity and are setting new quality standards. The products are almost completely free of organic pollutants. Their content of critical elements is kept to an absolute minimum and can, if requested, be adjusted to meet individual customer requirements

The market for drinks cans is steadily growing. The volumes of material recovered from the deposit return schemes will not be enough to cover the demand for raw materials. It is a good thing then that our high-quality raw materials are permanently available in large quantities.
A partner across all levels
Being a high-quality supplier for industry means getting customers on board early on and becoming, to a certain extent, a part of their supply chain. For example, by guaranteeing we can supply them with the volumes of our product they need as well as by working with producers to implement closed-loop solutions and take-back schemes. A perfect example of this is the automobile industry, which is increasingly recognising the value of end-of-life vehicles as a ‘mine on wheels’.
We are currently working with our partners in the automobile sector to develop closed-loop concepts that enable materials from old car bodies to be used to make new cars.
